Job summary

Captivation Software is seeking a mid level network engineer to support a dual customer environment with both civilian leads and contractors. Responsibilities include configuring Cisco and Arista devices, SSP compliance, and ongoing network support including firewall and crypto gear.

The role requires TS/SCI with favorable poly and willingness to travel to OCONUS locations. Primary work location is Columbia, with time spent at NBP320 and field sites.

Qualifications

• Six years of network engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline.
• IAT Level I baseline certification as defined by DoD 8570.01-M.
• Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI clearance with a favorable polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide network engineering support for multiple customers and initiatives.
• Configure and sustain Cisco and Arista networking devices.
• Support SSP compliance and security requirements for devices.
• Travel occasionally to OCONUS locations and be on-call for operations.
• Engage in lab work and upgrade configurations; manage Jira tickets.
