Job summary
D2 Technical Services in Springfield, VA seeks a Mobile/Personal IT Device System Administrator to support our intelligence customer. The role centers on design, deployment, and sustainment of mobile devices and related IT services, including security and device lifecycle management for CONUS and OCONUS personnel.
The candidate must hold a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph willingness, have CompTIA Sec+, and 3–5 years of related experience; proficiency with Microsoft Intune and Windows
Qualifications
- CompTIA Sec+ certification required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
- 3-5 years of related experience.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph willingness.
- Experience using Microsoft Intune and Windows OS administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and end-user support.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 support for mobile/personal IT devices and asset lifecycle.
- Manage operations, sustainment, and inventory of PITD assets.
- Configure devices, issue RSA tokens, and ensure secure access.
- Support store operations, customer service, and administrative tasks.
- Monitor security compliance and coordinate with teams as needed.
- Occasional after-hours/weekend support for mission needs.
