Job summary

Capital Solutions Group seeks a Systems Administrator to support, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems for a DoD environment at Ft. Meade, MD. The role includes managing Linux/Unix/Windows infrastructures, ensuring reliability, and handling day-to-day operations and escalations.

Candidates must have TS/SCI with polygraphs; required DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification and relevant experience. Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of SA experience or 8+ years without a degree are acceptable pathways.

Qualifications

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 escalation problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
• Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.
• Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems.
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
• Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
• Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Support day-to-day operations and monitor IT systems for issues.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems across Linux, Unix and Windows environments.
• Assist users in accessing and using IT systems and tools.
• Coordinate Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to minimize downtime.
