SRC, Inc. is seeking a Master Scheduler to support DoW efforts in identifying and defeating hard buried targets.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, strong PM and military operations knowledge, and ability to coordinate across government, military, and contractor teams. The selected candidate will develop integrated master schedules, dashboards, and visualizations, and will coordinate with manufacturing, testing, requirements, and field operations to align program objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor's with 4+ years' experience in schedule management.
• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance or eligibility.
• Experience with military activities, base and range operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to present technical deliverables to government stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, OnePager Pro or equivalent scheduling tools.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks across dispersed offices.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in schedule forecasting and tracking program efforts to include milestones, test events, deliverables, schedule & review meeting requirements, program management reviews, identify schedule delays or situations that could impact program timelines.
• Facilitate IMS planning sessions, status meetings, and schedule reviews with program stakeholders.
• Assist in planning demonstrations for full-scale weapon delivery testing and tactics development efforts with military requirements.
• Attend weapon delivery and effects testing, assist in scheduling of logistical preparation of test beds and test sites, and be primary point of contact for onsite coordination with Kirkland AFB.
• Develop schedule graphics, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate program health, execution trends, key milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Collaborate with program managers, technical teams, government stakeholders, and functional leads to ensure schedule integrity and alignment with program objectives.
