Job summary

Radiance Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced Integrated Master Scheduler to support Army Programs of Record. You will develop, maintain, and analyze IMSs and coordinate across government and contractor teams to ensure schedule integrity.

The role requires building detailed schedules in Microsoft Project with WBS, milestones, and logic, reviewing vendor schedules, and communicating findings to program leadership. A Secret clearance is expected; TS/SCI may be required eventually.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Experience integrating and managing multiple related schedules (contractor, vendor, Government).
• Experience performing schedule analysis including critical-path and risk identification.
• Experience supporting complex DoD acquisition, engineering, test, or fielding programs.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project).
• Ability to communicate complex schedule information to technical teams and leaders.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with multi-organizational teams.
• 5 years of relevant scheduling experience.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, update, and analyze IMS for Army Programs of Record.
• Build detailed schedules in MS Project with WBS, milestones, logic, and resources.
• Integrate schedules across Government, primes, subs, vendors, and partners.
• Review vendor schedules for realism, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with PM, Eng, Logistics, Cyber, Contracting, Finance, and Fielding.
• Facilitate schedule-working groups and reviews with stakeholders.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation to leadership.
• Prepare schedule status reports, dashboards, and briefings.
• Trace schedule activities to requirements and deliverables.
