SRC, Inc. is seeking a Master Scheduler to support DoW programs, developing integrated master schedules for end-to-end WMD/HDBT initiatives.

The role demands strong communication, project management understanding, and collaboration across government, military, and contractor teams. The position involves IMS planning, schedule forecasting, and coordination of demonstrations and testing, with on-site responsibilities at diverse locations across the US.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience or 8 years of relevant military, government, or industry training in lieu of degree.
• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance or eligibility at time of application for SCI.
• Experience with military activities, base and range operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical deliverables to government stakeholders.
• Proficiency with scheduling and visualization tools (MS Office, MS Project, OnePager Pro)
• Ability to coordinate across distributed offices and local organizations across the continental United States.

Mansioni

• Assist in schedule forecasting and tracking milestones, tests, and deliverables; identify delays.
• Lead IMS planning sessions, status meetings, and reviews with stakeholders.
• Plan demonstrations for weapon delivery testing and tactics development.
• Coordinate on-site with Kirkland AFB for test bed setups and logistics.
• Create schedule graphics and dashboards to communicate health, trends, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Work in confined spaces with PPE as needed and operate in challenging environments.
• Collaborate with managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure schedule integrity.
