Job summary

ITCON Services seeks a Program Manager to lead software development and O&M contracts, building teams and guiding analysts, developers, and project roles to successful delivery.

The role requires PMI/Agile framework adherence, strong business analysis, and end-to-end project governance including financials management. Vienna, VA-based, U.S. citizen with Public Trust eligibility preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS or related field preferred.
• PMP certification required.
• 15+ years in the Information Technology industry.
• 10+ years as a Project Manager managing IT projects.
• Ability to translate business requirements into tasks for design and development.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Expert understanding of SDLC and best practices.
• Agile practitioner with ability to promote process improvements.
• Experience with Federal Government Customers and budget reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead development teams across analysts, developers, and other project roles.
• Manage project planning, customer needs analysis, and business analysis activities.
• Monitor development, execution, and work-product acceptance; facilitate user acceptance.
• Provide project reporting and quality assurance of process delivery.
• Oversee all aspects of project financials for assigned projects.
