Job summary
DCCA, a veteran-owned IT contractor, is seeking a skilled IT/Desktop Services Specialist in Colorado. The role supports Windows and Linux desktops, laptops, and peripherals, including imaging, deployment, and maintenance.
You will troubleshoot OS and enterprise apps, manage AD and authentication, and mentor junior technicians. Required: active TS/SCI clearance, experience in enterprise IT, and strong knowledge of Windows/Microsoft 365, VPN, and networking basics.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
- Experience providing enterprise IT end-user support.
- Strong Windows 10/11 and Linux troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, VPN, DNS/DHCP, and networking basics.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier I–III desktop and laptop support for Windows and Linux environments.
- Troubleshoot OS issues, Microsoft 365, VPN, and enterprise applications.
- Image, deploy, maintain, and upgrade Windows and Linux machines.
- Configure and troubleshoot Active Directory and Linux authentication services.
- Mentor Tier I technicians and assist with incident resolution.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for desktop support processes.
