Job summary

Malama Kai Technologies seeks a Key Personnel SME Project Officer to support HUMINT operational planning for a sensitive DoD/IC program in Fort Washington, MD. You will apply tradecraft to protect OPSEC, manage risk, and coordinate with government stakeholders.

The role demands extensive DoD/IC experience, superb organizational and leadership abilities, and proficiency with MS Office. On-site daily at a government facility with a high-visibility mission.

Qualifications

• Twenty years of progressive, professional DoD/IC program management experience.
• Ten years in the labor category, with remaining experience in related labor categories.
• Ability to support tasks related to operational planning and execution.
• Completed DoD/IC HUMINT management coursework.
• Experience planning and executing operations in contested environments with OPSEC focus.
• Ability to assess and manage operational risk.
• Strong interpersonal skills and composure under stress.
• Experience managing the full collection lifecycle and maintaining relationships.
• Technical proficiency with multiple communications methods ensuring privacy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex, detailed responsibilities.
• Experience collaborating with others and delivering customer service.
• Ability to prioritize work and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support operational planning and execution from development through the collection lifecycle.
• Plan and execute operational activities in contested environments with OPSEC.
• Assess and manage operational risk and advise Government leadership.
• Manage tiered human relationships and source development per DoD/IC guidance.
• Apply and oversee multiple communications methods that protect privacy.
• Coordinate with DoD/IC stakeholders to synchronize activities and report status.
• Provide program and project management discipline across schedules, deliverables, and taskings.
• Lead and mentor team members and maintain composure in high-visibility situations.
