Job summary

Malama Kai Technologies seeks a Key Personnel Senior Project Officer to support HUMINT operational planning and execution for a sensitive DoD/IC program. In this role you will help plan and execute operational activities in demanding environments, apply tradecraft and techniques that protect operational security, and assess and manage operational risk across the collection lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, accounting, finance, STEM or related field.
• Six years of additional labor-related experience may substitute for the degree.
• Associate’s degree plus four years of related experience may substitute for the degree.

Responsibilities

• Support operational planning and execution tasks from initial development through the end of the collection lifecycle.
• Plan and execute operational activities in contested environments, applying tactics, techniques, and procedures that ensure operational security.
• Assess and manage operational risk and recommend mitigations to Government leadership.
• Manage tiered human relationships and source or asset development consistent with DoD and IC guidance.
• Apply and oversee multiple communications methods that protect relationships and content privacy.
• Coordinate with DoD and IC stakeholders to synchronize activities, track taskings, and report status.
• Provide program and project management discipline across schedules, deliverables, and taskings.
• Lead and mentor team members, and maintain composure and sound judgment in stressful, high-visibility situations.
