Job summary

Malama Kai Technologies is seeking a Key Personnel Senior Project Officer to support HUMINT operational planning and execution for a sensitive DoD/IC program. The role involves planning across the collection lifecycle, applying tradecraft that protects operational security, and managing operational risk with government stakeholders.

Responsibilities include coordinating with DoD/IC leadership, supervising a team, and ensuring quality delivery of schedules and taskings in demanding environments.

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) years of progressive, professional experience in managing sensitive DoD/IC programs.
• Experience planning and executing operational activities in contested environments, with emphasis on TTPs and OPSEC.
• Six (6) years must pertain to the labor category and remaining to related labor category.
• Completed DoD/IC coursework regarding management of HUMINT activities.
• Ability to manage tasks across the collection lifecycle and coordinate with government leadership.
• Proven interpersonal skills and ability to perform under stress.

Responsibilities

• Support operational planning and execution from development through the collection lifecycle.
• Plan and execute activities in contested environments with OPSEC focus.
• Assess and manage operational risk and recommend mitigations to Government leadership.
• Manage tiered relationships and source/asset development per DoD/IC guidance.
• Oversee communications methods to protect relationships and content privacy.
• Coordinate with DoD and IC stakeholders to synchronize activities and track taskings.
• Provide program management discipline across schedules, deliverables, and taskings.
• Lead and mentor team members and maintain composure in high-visibility situations.
