Job summary

Malama Kai Technologies is seeking a Key Personnel SME Project Officer to support HUMINT operational planning and execution for a sensitive Department of Defense or Intelligence Community program. Fort Washington, MD on-site role with a TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship required.

The role emphasizes planning, risk assessment, stakeholder coordination, and program management discipline across schedules, deliverables, and taskings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science, STEM or related field.
• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years experience may substitute for a master’s degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Support operational planning and execution from initial development through the collection lifecycle.
• Plan and execute operational activities in contested environments with emphasis on OPS security.
• Assess and manage operational risk and report to Government leadership.
• Coordinate with DoD and IC stakeholders to synchronize activities and track taskings.
• Lead and mentor team members and maintain composure in high-visibility situations.
