Job summary

Malama Kai Technologies seeks a Senior Project Officer to lead program and project management for a Defense Intelligence Enterprise mission. You will serve as the team lead, coordinating daily task execution, planning milestones, and delivering decision-ready products to senior Government leaders.

The role requires 15+ years of related experience with 6+ years in the labor category, DoD/IC experience, TS/SCI familiarity, and on-site work at a government facility in Fort Washington, MD.

Qualifications

• Fifteen or more years of related labor experience required.
• Six years must pertain to the labor category (e.g., Program Manager).
• Direct experience supporting the DoD or Intelligence Community.
• Familiarity with DoD Combatant Commands and staff functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including briefing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering program and project management support for Government customers.
• Plan, schedule, and track tasks, milestones, deliverables, and risks; report to leadership.
• Coordinate across DoD commands, staff directorates, and partners to align taskings.
• Prepare and deliver briefings, read-ahead materials, and decision products for senior stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain program management documentation (status reports, schedules, risk registers).
• Monitor contract compliance, staffing, financial performance, and quality within scope and budget.
