Noblis is seeking a Data Analyst with an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and Polygraph to join a growing team in Chantilly, VA. The role focuses on mapping, cleansing, and validating HR data to support an enterprise IT system implementation in the Intell space, partnering with HR SMEs, technical teams, and project stakeholders to ensure data quality and migration readiness.

Daily work includes conducting data assessments, remediation, UAT support for data accuracy, and producing documentation

Qualifikationen

• US Citizenship is required.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in data analysis, HR systems, or HR operations.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or similar data tools.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and data integrity.
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to produce stakeholder-ready documentation and reports.

Aufgaben

• Assess HR datasets to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas requiring remediation.
• Cleanse, normalize, and validate data against defined project quality standards.
• Develop and maintain data quality rules, validation checklists, and supporting reference documentation.
• Prepare structured data inputs for each migration cycle.
• Partner with HR SMEs and IT teams to validate transformation logic and resolve data defects.
• Review mock conversion outputs to confirm accuracy and alignment with business rules.
