Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior leader to drive an advisory services program for a high-visibility federal client. You will plan complex multi-project work, manage client engagements, and deploy teams to meet critical milestones across budgets, systems, and counterintelligence disciplines.

Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph, and have 10+ years of experience including 7+ years leading IC teams. A Bachelor's degree and PMP certification are required to qualify.

Job Family: Operational Effectiveness Consulting Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph

What You Will Do:

As a critical member of Guidehouse's leadership team, you will lead an advisory services program in support of a highly visible customer. This includes expert and detailed oriented project planning for multiple concurrent efforts and initiatives across the federal budget, financial accounting, business systems, and counterintelligence disciples. You will be responsible for leading client engagement and gaining deep understanding of customer objectives, and then deploying your team to accomplish critical milestones which advance and ultimately meet those objectives. This role requires deep experience and understanding over Federal, IC, and DoW budget policies, processes, and systems; Federal financial accounting requirements; business process improvement best practices; and understanding over the multiple paths to executing federal funds.

What You Will Need:

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Systems, or related field
• Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent PM certification
• TEN (10) or more years of professional experience with a minimum of SEVEN (7) years' leading teams in the Intelligence Community (IC)

What Would Be Nice To Have:

Extreme attention to Program Management practices to solicit clear expectations from the government and translate those into actionable work requirements for a large, multi-discipled team Ability to develop project plans, maintain work activities against those project plans, and clearly communicate progress to the government Understanding over federal budget, appropriation, apportionment, warrant, execution, and financial reporting polices, practices, and systems Expert understanding of the US Intelligence Community and DoW authorities and full financial management lifecycles Ability to lead teams toward executive level work products which have gone through adequate quality review and require little redirection from the government Ability to cross-collaborate and lead your team in cross-collaboration with offices from across the federal government to include OMB, Treasury, DoW, and IC agencies Ability to preempt the needs of the government, think critically and innovatively about how our team can solve complex problems, and direct a team in successful delivery Proven experience in managing complex contracts and leading delivery of complete, accurate, and timely contractual deliverables such as MCSRs, PMRs, etc. Ability to gain understanding of Guidehouse tools, capabilities, and experience to navigate opportunities for collaboration and the introduction of best practices and innovation solutions to the government

The annual salary range for this position is $149,000.00-$248,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
