Job summary

V2X Inc in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Project Manager – Full Performance (FP) with an active TS/SCI w/Polygraph clearance to support our government customer. This role is onsite in Chantilly, VA and requires coordinating all phases of facilities-related construction projects.

The Project Manager will oversee design and construction efforts, manage contractor performance, integrate with field personnel, and handle project change requests, budgets, schedules, and client communications using MAXIMO

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in facilities project management.
• Three (3) years of experience with MS Project or other PM software such as MAXIMO.
• Experience in commercial or government facilities-related construction projects.
• Experience with managing projects.
• Knowledge of sound program management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage project design and/or construction efforts, to include schedule, funding, and day-to-day project oversight.
• Manage and evaluate construction contractor performance.
• Integrate and coordinate projects with field personnel.
• Evaluate, validate, and manage project change requests.
• Provide official weekly project status reports and distribute project communications to customers and stakeholders.
• Assist CO and COTR with acquisition planning, execution and administration.
• Assist with pre-bid and pre-construction site visits with the COTR.
• Provide invoice supporting information to the COTR for payment.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules and budgets and oversee design efforts and maintenance programs.
• Optimize performance, cost, and schedule to meet objectives.
• Conduct design reviews with the customer.
• Ensure timely input of data into MAXIMO and integration of systems.
