Job summary

V2X, a global security solutions provider, seeks an experienced program manager to lead complex technical programs in Chantilly, VA. The role emphasizes requirements management, cross-functional coordination, and compliance with federal standards across IC environments.

You will partner with executive leadership, manage multi-year budgets and schedules, drive performance using KPIs, and deliver clear, timely communications to stakeholders with integrity and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years as the primary point of contact for a program's technical, cost and schedule performance.
• Experience overseeing daily operations.
• Experience managing, overseeing and reviewing program personnel.
• Experience planning and coordinating hardware/software installations and IT networks.
• Experience creating and maintaining program artifacts and change-control workflows.
• Experience mitigating gaps in service due to attrition.
• Experience ensuring program reporting meets requirements and deadlines.
• Current and active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Translate evolving organizational strategy into actionable program plans by aligning priorities with KPIs, resources, mission outcomes.
• Manage the full lifecycle of multiple interconnected technical programs from planning to delivery.
• Oversee enterprise-level resource and budget management across the portfolio.
• Identify interdependencies, risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to maintain momentum.
• Serve as the primary liaison across executive leadership, engineering teams and external partners.
• Mature and manage program management processes, including PMR workflows, reviews, and change-control.
• Leverage understanding of the organization to build strong stakeholder partnerships.
• Incorporate insights from commercial industry to reinforce the customer’s evolution.
• Establish consistent requirements management methods and traceability across divisions.
