Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated Computer User Support Specialist to join our Air Force/Space team at Eglin AFB. The role focuses on analytical support, enterprise systems, and customer-focused IT operations.

Responsibilities include handling user calls, configuring accounts and email, and providing Tier 2/3 support while maintaining security patching and system monitoring for the 53rd WTSS contract.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• DoD 8140 IAT-II certification required.
• Active/valid TS/SCI clearance with willingness to polygraph.
• Experience as an IT support team member in Windows AD environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical techniques and procedures in support of clients, systems, and networks.
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve reported issues, including creating network user accounts and configuring email.
• Field user calls, determine the level of support required, and escalate to Tier 2/3 as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues affecting workstation systems and applications.
• Perform security patching, document corrective actions, and monitor systems and user operations.
• Install and test hardware and software to support operational environments.
