Legato, LLC is seeking a DevOps Engineer to deliver Tier I/II technical support for a watchfloor in a 24/7 environment at Fort Meade, MD. The role emphasizes incident management, Linux administration, containerization, and cloud deployments with DevSecOps practices.

The position requires TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance; candidates should be prepared for rotating 12-hour shifts and strong collaboration with technical teams to ensure continuous system availability.

Qualifikationen

• Experience providing Tier I/II technical support in an operational or enterprise environment.
• Experience monitoring systems and performing initial troubleshooting.
• Experience using ticketing systems to document, categorize, prioritize, and track incidents.
• Experience troubleshooting common technical issues including account access, password resets, and system navigation.
• Experience escalating unresolved incidents and coordinating with higher-level teams.
• Experience communicating incident status and resolutions to operational users.
• Experience documenting troubleshooting procedures and resolutions.
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts in a 24/7/365 environment (5:00 AM or 5:00 PM start).

• Provide Tier I/II technical and operational support for an integrated watchfloor capability.
• Monitor operational systems, troubleshoot issues, and manage incidents to maintain system availability.
• Serve as liaison between users and service providers and document steps taken.
• Contribute to knowledge bases and procedures to improve incident response.
• Work in a fast-paced, 24/7/365 environment to support critical systems.
