Job summary
Legato, LLC is seeking a DevOps Engineer in the Fort Meade area to provide Tier I/II technical and operational support in a 24/7/365 mission environment. The role focuses on monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, incident management, and maintaining availability across Linux-based environments, containerization, and cloud deployments.
Level 2 requires SSH with Kubernetes, container orchestration, DevSecOps, and 24/7 on-call capacity. TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required.
Qualifications
- Experience providing Tier I/II technical support in an operational/enterprise environment.
- Experience monitoring systems and performing initial troubleshooting.
- Experience using ticketing systems to document, categorize, prioritize, and track incidents.
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts in a 24/7/365 environment starting at 5:00 AM or 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier I/II technical and operational support for a 24/7 mission environment.
- Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, manage incidents, and maintain system availability.
- Serve as the single point of contact between users and service providers; document resolutions.
