Job summary

Akina, Inc. is seeking a Development Operations Engineer 1 for Fort Meade, Maryland to support a 24/7/365 watchfloor environment.

You will act as the SPOC, log and prioritize incidents, and ensure timely resolution while documenting troubleshooting steps in the knowledge base. The role requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and four years of related experience in deployments, Linux administration, containerization, and DevSecOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science required; four years' experience can substitute for degree.
• Recent Kubernetes, cluster orchestration, and containerization experience.
• Experience with Linux system administration and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I/II support for a 24×7/365 watchfloor environment.
• Serve as SPOC between service provider and operational users.
• Capture, log, categorize, and prioritize incidents in a ticketing system.
• Escalate unresolved incidents to Tier II and document steps for knowledge base.
