Job summary

Erias Ventures, LLC is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support watchfloor operations in a 24/7/365 environment. You will act as the single point of contact between the service provider and operational users, logging incidents and performing initial diagnoses to resolve issues where possible.

The role requires Linux administration, containerization, cloud deployments, and DevSecOps experience, with a current Top-Secret/SCI clearance and Security+ certification. On-call rotation applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of alternative qualification in CS/EE.
• 2+ years in software and system deployments, Linux admin, containerization, cloud deployments, DevSecOps.
• May substitute 2 years with MS in Engineering or CS.
• IAT II CWIP / DoD 8570 compliant cert (Security+) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I/II support for watchfloor in a 24/7/365 environment.
• Serve as SPOC between service provider and operational users, log and prioritize incidents.
• Diagnose using knowledge bases, attempt first-contact resolution, escalate as needed.
• Document troubleshooting steps and maintain knowledge base.
