Job summary

Sitreps in Washington, DC, is hiring for a role owning the full implementation journey for federal customers. This includes scoping the rollout, configuring the platform, training agency staff, and ensuring deployment is adopted, not just launched. You will operate in classified environments and partner with engineering to align builds with agency operations.

The position requires active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship, with a hybrid DC office presence three days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SaaS implementation, onboarding, solutions engineering, or a product-adjacent delivery role, with a track record of owning multi-stakeholder rollouts.
• Technical fluency: comfortable with APIs, data models, and system configurations; able to discuss integration tradeoffs with engineers.
• Experience turning customer requirements into implementation plans and technical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end federal implementations: discovery, scoping, configuration, data migration, integrations, training, go-live, and post-launch support.
• Lead onboarding for agency staff, turning needs into a rollout plan that survives real-world use.
• Work inside classification constraints, coordinating with engineering on what can be built and how.
• Translate field patterns to Product/Engineering: edge cases and gaps for day-one needs.
• Be the bridge between customer-facing implementation and engineers building mission-critical gov data and AI platforms.
• Create playbooks and templates to speed future deployments.
• Guide partners through change management of replacing a legacy system.
