Kaizen is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant for federal deployments in a hybrid Washington, DC area role. You will own end-to-end government software rollouts: scoping, configuration, data migration, training, and post-launch adoption, within classified environments.

You’ll partner with engineering to ensure delivered solutions fit agency workflows and compliance constraints. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in SaaS implementation or solutions delivery, strong API and data-model

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SaaS implementation, onboarding, solutions engineering, or a delivery role with multi-stakeholder ownership.
• Technical fluency: APIs, data models, and system configurations; able to discuss integration tradeoffs with engineers.
• Experience translating customer requirements into implementation plans and technical workflows, not just status tracking.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end federal implementations: discovery, scoping, configuration, data migration, integrations, training, go-live, and post-launch support.
• Lead onboarding for agency stakeholders and staff with rollout plans that survive live agency changes.
• Work inside classification and data-handling constraints, coordinating with engineering on what can be built.
• Translate field patterns back to Product/Engineering: edge cases, workflow gaps, and needs not in the RFP.
• Act as the connective tissue between customer-facing implementation and engineers against Foundry, AIP, and Maven Smart System to ensure alignment.
• Build the playbooks, templates, and internal docs that accelerate future deployments.
• Guide public sector partners through actual change management when replacing legacy systems.
