Job summary

SAIC is seeking an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to support DoD cloud infrastructure deployment, hardening, and security automation. The role requires TS/SCI eligibility and hands-on work deploying secure cloud environments in a hybrid model with on-site at the Rosslyn, VA facility moving to Crystal City.

You will collaborate with software teams to automate CI/CD, maintain security tools, and ensure compliance across DevSecOps pipelines to meet national security requirements.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship
• TS security clearance with SCI eligibility
• Experience in DevOps software development environments with CI/CD
• Experience with GitLab and Bitbucket CI/CD
• Container management with Kubernetes and Helm
• Cloud platforms such as CloudOne and AWS
• Containerization with Docker or Podman
• Agile software development with Scrum or Kanban
• Jira and Confluence for collaboration
• Cross Domain Solutions and MLS/MILS knowledge

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, operate, and maintain secure Cloud products and services to enable development teams to deliver features efficiently
• Deployment and maintenance of cybersecurity tools and applications
• Provide Source Control Management/Documentation; integrate CI/CD tools; support automation of CI/CD testing
• Support policies, standards, governance and guidance for CI/CD operations and developers
• Enable release management by moving code from Development and Testing to Staging and Production
• Work with developers, production support, and information security to automate and support cloud infrastructure
• Continuously identify opportunities to automate and increase cyber posture
