Job summary

Peraton in Annapolis Junction, MD seeks a Data Management Analyst to support PMO lifecycle, planning, managing, and monitoring contract deliverables and program data. This role ensures PMO process integrity, contract compliance, and leadership-ready reporting.

You will coordinate onboarding for TS/SCI personnel, produce executive summaries, maintain audit-ready documentation, and collaborate with government stakeholders to sustain program timelines and staffing plans.

Qualifications

• Requires 5 years experience with BS/BA or 3 years with MS/MA; extended in lieu of degree may be considered.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience in PMO support, data management, or contract deliverable management in federal/DoD/IC environments.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of ISO9001/AS910, SEI CMMI, and DoD 8140 requirements.
• Demonstrated experience tracking contract deliverables.
• Strong briefing skills with leadership-ready presentations and reports.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and PMO tracking tools.
• Excellent organization and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data collection, reporting criteria, and records tracking across PMO functions.
• Research, compile, and analyze statistics and program data; assist in drafting narratives for reports and briefings.
• Monitor and track document submissions to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Prepare monthly variance reports with detailed footnotes and supporting documentation.
• Evaluate and monitor program performance to ensure alignment with contract requirements.
• Create, monitor, and maintain audit files to support compliance reviews and inspections.
• Coordinate onboarding lifecycle for TS/SCI personnel.
• Maintain onboarding checklists and readiness requirements.
• Track onboarding milestones and ensure timely completion of security forms and trainings.
• Facilitate onboarding activities to ensure personnel are mission ready.
• Ensure onboarding actions comply with ICDs, NISPOM, and security requirements.
• Maintain records of compliance training and indoctrinations.
• Track, update, and maintain task and documentation delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with PMO leadership and government customers to gather inputs.
• Prepare and submit deliverables per contract and standards.
• Maintain version control and audit-ready documentation.
• Maintain PMO SOPs and delivery workflows.
• Identify gaps and recommend improvements for compliance and reporting.
• Support audits and contract reviews.
• Develop leadership briefings and dashboards for PMO and stakeholders.
• Present onboarding progress and deliverable status in leadership meetings.
• Translate onboarding and staffing data into executive summaries.
• Collaborate with PMO leadership to align processes with staffing plans.
