Job summary

Peraton is seeking a PMO Systems Administrator (SA) to join our Cyber Mission business unit in Annapolis Junction, MD. This full-time position supports the Program Management Office on a large enterprise-wide contract within the Intelligence Community.

The role requires on-site work at the contractor location and 1880 hours of annual support. The candidate will perform system administration tasks including Windows configuration, software installation, network configuration, and security-related

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Five (5) years’ experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
• Must meet DoD Directive 8570 IAT Level 1 requirements (Security+ at a minimum).

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes; support day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for desktops and network devices.
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
