Job summary

Peraton in Annapolis Junction, MD is seeking a Data Management Analyst to support the PMO, manage contract deliverables, and oversee program data through the lifecycle. This role requires TS/SCI clearance and strong data management and briefing skills to coordinate with government stakeholders and ensure audit readiness.

The position involves onboarding coordination for TS/SCI personnel, leadership reporting, and maintaining documentation aligned with contract requirements and staffing plans.

Qualifications

• 5 yrs w/BS/BA; 3 yrs w/MS/MA; an additional 4 yrs in lieu of BS/BA degree may be considered
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Experienced in PMO support, data management, or contract deliverable management within federal, DoD, or IC environments.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry process/quality standards ISO9001/AS910, SEI CMMI and DoD 8140 requirements.
• Demonstrated experience tracking contract deliverables.
• Strong briefing skills with experience preparing leadership ready presentations and reports.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and PMO tracking tools.
• Excellent organization and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data collection, reporting criteria, and records tracking across PMO functions.
• Research, compile, and analyze statistics and program data; assist in drafting narratives for reports and briefings.
• Monitor and track document submissions to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Prepare monthly variance reports with detailed footnotes and supporting documentation.
• Evaluate and monitor program performance to ensure implementation remains on target and aligned with contract requirements.
• Create, monitor, and maintain audit files to support compliance reviews and government inspections.
