Job summary

Peraton is hiring a PMO Systems Administrator to join our Cyber Mission business unit in Annapolis Junction, MD. This full-time role supports the Program Management Office of a large enterprise-wide contract within the Intelligence Community, at the contractor location.

You will provide system installation, troubleshooting and maintenance, plus Tier 1/2 help desk support. The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and a strong background in Windows OS and network

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Five (5) years' SA experience in programs/contracts of similar scope.
• Security+ at a minimum (DoD 8570 IAT Level 1).
• Experience with Windows OS, network architectures, and IA concepts.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage IT system infrastructure and day-to-day operations; provide support for desktops/network devices/mobile devices.
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
