Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems LLC seeks a Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and manage system and project data supporting Tech Refresh operations. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, automation recommendations, and reliable project status reporting to ensure timely asset execution.

The ideal candidate will have a TS/SCI clearance and 10+ years in data analytics or related roles, with experience across DoD/IC programs and data lifecycle practices.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience collecting, integrating, and managing data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Support Tech Refresh data analysis across DIA systems and sites.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain system, asset, and project data.
• Provide process automation recommendations to improve Tech Refresh execution.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and status updates for project tracking.
• Define data requirements supporting Tech Refresh utilization and planning.
• Analyze trends to support project success and enterprise growth.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting artifacts.
• Collaborate with technical and leadership teams to translate requirements into data solutions.
• Support planning for future DIA and Defense Intelligence Enterprise sites.
• Document data sources, methodologies, and processes.
