Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems, LLC is seeking a motivated Data Analyst to join our team at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida. You will collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple enterprise systems to develop workforce analytics, dashboards, and reports for government stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has TS/SCI clearance, 5+ years of DoD analytics experience, and a proven ability to design predictive models and communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• 5+ years of experience supporting DoD organizations in data analytics or related field
• Experience collecting, integrating, cleansing, validating, and analyzing large datasets
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
• Experience implementing predictive analytics and forecasting models

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance STARCOM workforce analytics capabilities to support strategic decision-making
• Analyze workforce, operational, and organizational data to identify trends and inform planning
• Develop, maintain, and enhance executive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Design and implement automated reporting solutions, databases, and analytics tools
• Identify workforce trends, hiring metrics, readiness indicators, and performance measures
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Prepare timely, accurate reports and visualizations for leadership
• Validate, integrate, cleanse, and standardize data from multiple sources
• Identify improvements to reporting processes and increase efficiency
• Prepare reports and presentations communicating analytical findings
• Develop predictive models and trend analyses for workforce planning and decisions
