Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• 5+ years DoD data analytics or related field.
• Experience collecting, cleansing, and analyzing large datasets.
• Experience creating executive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance STARCOM workforce analytics capabilities with timely insights.
• Analyze workforce, operational, and organizational data to identify trends and support planning.
• Create and maintain executive dashboards and data visualizations from multiple systems.
• Design automated reporting solutions and analytics tools to improve efficiency.
