Job summary

ENS Solutions, LLC seeks a Risk Management Framework Cybersecurity Analyst to support the Federal Government and IC programs. You will act as ISSO, ensure RMF implementation, author SSP/SSTP, and coordinate SCA activities to secure ATOs for IC systems.

The role requires extensive RMF/A&A experience with IC/DoD instructions, strong writing, and the ability to briefing executives. Top Secret/SCI clearance is required or ability to obtain polygraph.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years IC RMF A&A experience; differences between collateral and SCI authorization
• Ability to describe the intent of NIST 800-53 controls
• 1+ year hands-on with XACTA
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Act as appointed ISSO for IC systems under development
• Document and brief status of systems through RMF
• Authorize and justify security controls per IC/NIST guidelines
• Author SSPs and SSTPs
• Conduct self-assessments of systems under development
• Support formal risk assessments by Security Control Assessors
• Remediate SAR/POA&M findings with engineering teams
• Assist in transitioning ATO systems to Operations
• Research remediation options for identified vulnerabilities
