Job summary

PingWind is seeking a highly qualified Collective Training Subject Matter Expert (SM:E) to support an opportunity with the Department of War. The SME will lead planning, coordination, and assessment of collective training programs for Army Reserve Intelligence forces, spanning GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, All-Source, and CI disciplines.

The role requires active TS/SCI eligibility, a related degree or MIL education, and at least five years of military intelligence training experience.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
• Minimum 5 years in military intelligence training.
• Experience planning and executing collective training exercises.
• Knowledge of Army training doctrine and readiness reporting.
• Experience with GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, All-Source or CI.
• Graduate of Military Intelligence professional military education courses (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Review collective training plans for alignment with Army doctrine and readiness requirements.
• Identify gaps and provide actionable recommendations to GFCs.
• Plan, coordinate, execute, and assess collective training exercises across intelligence disciplines.
• Develop exercise plans, scenarios, and training objectives aligned to operational requirements.
• Coordinate with SMEs, role players, and facilitators to ensure realistic delivery.
• Facilitate integration of GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, All-Source, and CI into events.
• Coordinate resources and logistics for training events; manage facilities and equipment.
• Conduct after-action reviews and analyze outcomes to identify improvements.
