Job summary

PingWind seeks a Collective Training Subject Matter Expert (SM:E) to support the Department of War and MIRC HQ, developing, managing, coordinating, executing, and assessing collective training programs for Army Reserve Intelligence forces.

The role spans GEOINT, All-Source, SIGINT, HUMINT, and CI disciplines, requiring engagement with GFCs and Army Reserve units to ensure training aligns with doctrine, readiness, and mission objectives.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of military experience, training, and education.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting military intelligence training, readiness, or operations.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and executing collective training exercises.

Responsibilities

• Review collective training plans for alignment with Army doctrine and readiness requirements.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in proposed training plans.
• Plan, coordinate, execute, and assess collective training exercises across intelligence disciplines.
• Develop exercise plans, scenarios, and training objectives to support operational requirements.
• Coordinate with SMEs, role players, trainers, and stakeholders for effective delivery.
• Integrate GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, All-Source Intelligence, and CI into events.
• Secure resources, facilities, equipment, and support services for training events.
• Manage logistics, including transportation, lodging, scheduling, and participant support.
• Develop evaluation criteria and assessment methodologies; conduct AARs.
• Prepare reports and recommendations to enhance future training programs.
