Job summary

PingWind is recruiting a Collective Training Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support Army Reserve intelligence readiness at MIRC Headquarters. The role focuses on developing, managing, coordinating, executing, and assessing collective training programs across GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, All-Source, and CI disciplines.

You will work with GFCs and Army Reserve units to ensure training aligns with doctrine, readiness objectives, and mission readiness, while managing resources, schedules, and

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
• Minimum 5 years supporting military intelligence training or operations.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and executing collective training exercises.
• Knowledge of Army doctrine, training management, and readiness reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review collective training plans for alignment with Army doctrine and readiness requirements.
• Identify gaps and provide actionable recommendations to GFCs.
• Plan, coordinate, execute, and assess collective training exercises across intelligence disciplines.
• Develop exercise plans, scenarios, and training objectives aligned with operational needs.
• Coordinate with SMEs, role players, facilitators, and stakeholders for realistic delivery.
• Conduct after-action reviews and prepare performance reports to improve readiness.
