Job summary

PingWind is seeking a highly qualified Collective Training Subject Matter Expert to support Army Reserve Intelligence forces at Fort Belvoir, VA. The SME will develop, manage, coordinate, execute, and assess collective training programs for various intelligence disciplines, aligning with Army doctrine and readiness objectives.

The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing exercises, coordinating with GFCs and Army units, and delivering actionable recommendations to improve training

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with eligibility for SCI.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of military experience, training, and education.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting military intelligence training, readiness, or operations.
• Demonstrated experience planning, coordinating, and executing collective training exercises within military organizations.
• Working knowledge of Army training doctrine, training management processes, and readiness reporting requirements.
• Experience supporting one or more intelligence disciplines, including GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, All-Source Intelligence, or Counterintelligence.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze collective training plans to ensure alignment with Army doctrine and readiness requirements.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement within proposed training plans.
• Support the planning, coordination, execution, and assessment of collective training exercises.
• Develop exercise plans, scenarios, and training objectives.
• Coordinate with SMEs, role players, and facilitators for effective training delivery.
• Facilitate integration of multiple intelligence disciplines into training events.
• Identify and secure training resources and facilities.
• Coordinate with organizations to ensure resource availability for collective training events.
• Manage logistics for training events including transportation and lodging.
• Develop evaluation criteria and assessment methodologies for training effectiveness.
• Conduct after-action reviews and analyses of training outcomes.
