Job summary

PingWind seeks a highly qualified Collective Training SME to support Army Reserve Intelligence training at MIRC HQ. You will lead development, coordination, execution, and assessment of collective training programs across multiple intelligence disciplines.

The role requires TS/SCI eligibility, 5+ years in military intelligence training, and strong coordination with GFCs, units, and external partners to ensure doctrine alignment and readiness.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Minimum 5 years in military intelligence training, readiness, or operations.
• Experience planning and executing collective training exercises within military environments.
• Knowledge of Army training doctrine, management, and readiness reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review collective training plans for alignment with Army doctrine and readiness requirements.
• Identify gaps and provide actionable recommendations to GFCs.
• Plan, coordinate, execute, and assess collective training exercises across intelligence disciplines.
• Develop exercise plans, scenarios, and training objectives aligned with operational needs.
• Coordinate with SMEs, role players, facilitators, and stakeholders for realistic delivery.
• Integrate GEOINT, All-Source, SIGINT, HUMINT, CI into training events.
• Identify and secure facilities, equipment, and resources for events.
• Manage logistics including transportation, lodging, and scheduling.
• Develop evaluation criteria and assessment methodologies; conduct AARs.
• Prepare reports and recommendations to improve future programs.
