Job summary

PingWind is seeking a highly qualified Collective Training Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support an opportunity with the Department of War. The SME will provide expert collective training to the Military Intelligence Readiness Command (MIRC) Headquarters in developing, managing, and assessing training programs for Army Reserve Intelligence forces.

This role covers GEOINT, All-Source, SIGINT, HUMINT, and CI, and requires collaboration with GFCs, Army Reserve units, and other stakeholders to

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent military experience/education.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in military intelligence training/readiness.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and executing collective training exercises.
• Knowledge of Army training doctrine, processes, and readiness reporting.
• Experience supporting GEOINT/SIGINT/HUMINT/All-Source or CI disciplines.
• Experience developing exercise scenarios, objectives, and AARs.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze collective training plans to ensure alignment with doctrine and readiness requirements.
• Identify gaps and provide guidance to GFCs for improvement.
• Plan, coordinate, execute, and assess collective training exercises across intelligence disciplines.
• Develop exercise plans, scenarios, and training objectives.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and facilitators for effective training delivery.
• Integrate GEOINT, All-Source, SIGINT, HUMINT, and CI into training events.
• Identify and secure training resources and facilities.
• Coordinate with organizations for resource availability.
• Manage travel, lodging, and participant support for events.
• Develop evaluation criteria and assessment methodologies.
• Conduct AARs and analyze training outcomes for improvements.
• Prepare reports and recommendations to enhance readiness.
