Job summary

A&M Technologies, Inc. seeks a Mid Level ServiceNow Engineer in Sterling, VA, requiring an active Top Secret clearance with SCI and CI polygraph. You will build and maintain ServiceNow in an AWS environment, drive CI/CD, and ensure security across identities and data access.

Responsibilities include automated testing, observability with Grafana/Splunk, and collaboration with government stakeholders. DoD-appropriate certifications and Jira-based planning are essential.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of ServiceNow experience and a Bachelor's degree are required.
• DoD 8570 requirements (Security+ CE minimum) must be satisfied.
• Active ServiceNow certifications are required.
• Demonstrated senior-level ServiceNow engineering experience with similar scope.
• Knowledge of security requirements in secure/classified environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and breaking work into Jira stories.
• Strong troubleshooting, solution design, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow infrastructure and APIs in AWS.
• Develop ServiceNow with CI/CD, test automation, and DevSecOps practices.
• Operate ServiceNow and related tools, including Discovery, Flow Designer, SAM.
• Design automated test plans covering security and functional needs.
• Configure observability tools like Grafana and Splunk with ServiceNow.
• Maintain security, identities, and cloud architecture across systems.
• Manage complex roles and data access controls for customer data.
• Create technical docs and present to government stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
