• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Five (5) years of experience may be substituted for bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize the ServiceNow system and build scripts.

• Test, monitor health, usage and compliance; generate views and reports.
