Job summary

Wyetech, LLC seeks an experienced Senior Analyst to support federal government IT systems, troubleshooting, and operational maintenance. You will manage secure client/server configurations, UNIX/Linux/Windows environments, and escalate complex issues with clear communication to management.

Ideal candidates have a TS/SCI clearance and 10 years of senior analytic experience, with a technical Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Remote-friendly roles with multiple states mentioned.)

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with agency appropriate polygraph clearance.
• Ten (10) years’ experience as a Senior Analyst in programs of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university, or five (5) years of additional Senior Analyst experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
• Manage day-to-day configuration and operation of client/server, storage, network devices and mobile devices.
• Support system operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all devices.
• Manage escalation and communicate status to agency management and internal customers.
• Configure and manage UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems, install and maintain software, and implement enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
• Support design of systems, mission architecture, and associated hardware.
• Analyze and resolve complex problems associated with server hardware, applications and software integration.
• Provide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets.
• Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform capacity analysis and planning.
• Possess a working knowledge and understanding of system administration interdependencies as part of the Service‑Oriented Architecture.
• Support dispatch system and participate in hardware problem resolution.
