Job summary

Wyetech LLC seeks a senior SA to provide Tier I/II IT support, manage UNIX and Windows systems, and troubleshoot network and storage components. You’ll work on a mixed Contractor/Civilian SA team supporting Linux-based back-end environments with monitoring, tickets, and Jira workflow.

Required: TS/SCI with poly, 10+ years SA experience or 15 years for advanced level, and a technical bachelor’s degree. Some roles offer relocation across multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly required.
• 10+ years of SA experience in programs/contracts of similar scope.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university required.
• Five (5) years of additional SA experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I (Help Desk) and Tier 2 escalation support for IT systems.
• Support implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Linux/UNIX and Windows systems.
• Configure and manage operating systems and network components to improve reliability.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues; communicate status to management and customers.
• Work on a team supporting back-end environments, authentication, DNS, and home directories.
