Job summary

Wyetech is hiring for IT systems support focused on implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance for federal government customers. The role covers day-to-day IT operations, monitoring, problem resolution, and escalation across server, storage, network, and mobile environments.

Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required (e.g. TS/SCI with poly).

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with agency poly is required.
• Five (5) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage day-to-day operations and monitoring of client/server/storage/network devices.
• Provide Tier I and Tier II support and escalate when needed.
• Configure Linux/UNIX/Windows operating systems and ensure reliability and performance.
