Job summary

Wyetech, LLC is seeking a senior systems architect with a TS/SCI clearance to support federal IT programs. You will provide Tier I/II help desk and escalation support, manage IT systems operations, and assist in system design and architecture across Unix and Windows platforms.

The role requires extensive SA experience, a technical degree, and willingness to work on enterprise-level government contracts with security clearances. Comprehensive benefits and relocation options are available.

Qualifications

15 years of experience as a SA in programs of similar scope and complexity.
Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency-appropriate polygraph.
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; five years of additional SA experience may substitute for the degree.

Responsibilities

Provide IT system implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance support.
Manage day-to-day operations of configuration and operation of IT systems.
Provide Tier I (Help Desk) and Tier II escalation support.
Assist users in accessing and using IT systems.
Support dispatch system and hardware problem resolution.
Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems and related network components.
Assist in design of systems, mission architecture and hardware.
Understand SOA interdependencies within system administration.
