Job summary

Wyetech seeks an experienced Systems Analyst to support IT system implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance for federal government customers. The role covers Tier I and Tier II help desk support, system operations, and escalation management.

A TS/SCI clearance with poly is required along with a technical degree. Candidates should have extensive SA background in similarly scoped programs, with the ability to communicate status to management and coordinate across teams.

Qualifications

• Must have active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph (agency appropriate).
• Extensive SA experience in programs/contracts of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required; additional SA experience may substitute for education.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.
• Provide Tier I (Help Desk) and Tier 2 escalation support and issue resolution.
• Communicate status updates to agency management and internal customers; support dispatch and hardware issues.
