Job summary

Vickers and Nolan Enterprises in Charleston seeks a Cleared Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery on Government programs. You will facilitate ceremonies, align sprint outcomes with PWS requirements, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

A minimum of ten years in PM/Agile, Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred), Jira proficiency, and DevSecOps tools experience are required; knowledge of NIWC Atlantic programs is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or four additional years of relevant experience.
• Ten years of experience in program/project management or agile environments.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Secret level clearance required; TS/SCI preferred.
• Experience using Jira for agile project management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile/Scrum ceremonies and release readiness events.
• Coordinate sprint deliverables, risks, and impediments across multiple teams.
• Maintain agile metrics and dashboards for reporting.
• Serve as liaison between government product owners and technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with NIWC Atlantic security and training requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
