Job summary

NAOVI is seeking a Scrum Master who serves as a secondary POC to the customer, overseeing all software and infrastructure project efforts. The Scrum Master will collaborate with the management team to balance work for development teams, report to stakeholders on status, and communicate with mission partners.

Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI w/FS polygraph; No sponsorships for clearances. This is a full-time, daytime, onsite role based near Fredericksburg, VA, with travel reimbursement

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI w/FS polygraph required
• No clearance sponsorships offered
• Experience leading an Agile development team
• Experience coordinating with senior-level customers for status updates
• Proficient in Jira for backlog, portfolios, products, and sprints
• Experience creating sprint plans
• Experience generating weekly status reports
• Experience scoping work and estimating effort with t-shirt sizing
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
• Experience managing accreditation processes (ICD-503) and ATO
