Job summary

Vantor is seeking a Front-End Software Engineer to modernize a mission-critical analytics platform for a U.S. Government client. You will design secure, scalable web apps for analysts, collaborating with product, UX, back-end, data, and cybersecurity teams in an Agile environment.

The role requires U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly. Expect hybrid work with 3 days on-site and site access in SCIF as needed.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and active TS/SCI clearance required for consideration.
• Minimum 4 years in a technical/engineering role working with front-end systems.
• Strong UI/UX skills with responsive, accessible interfaces.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks and API-driven data.
• Familiar with Agile, DevSecOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience designing geospatial data solutions and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain modern web-based interfaces for analytics.
• Build responsive, high-performance front-end solutions using JS frameworks.
• Collaborate with back-end/data teams to integrate APIs and data services.
• Develop dashboards and interactive data exploration capabilities.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical strategy.
• Support Agile ceremonies and ensure security/compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve performance.
• Work at corporate site 3 days per week; SCIF as needed.
