Job summary

Vantor is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain robust, scalable web applications supporting mission-critical operations in a security-cleared environment. You will work across Java/Python backend and Angular/TypeScript frontend, with cloud-native solutions on AWS.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph, 5+ years in software development, and strong Git, AWS, and relational database experience.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with current CI polygraph.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience developing applications with Java and/or Python.
• Experience building modern web applications using Angular and TypeScript.
• Proficiency with relational database development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
• Strong understanding of Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern software engineering best practices.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Python.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end applications using Angular and TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
• Manage source code using Git workflows, including branching, code reviews, and merge strategies.
• Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and deployment issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Collaborate with software engineers, DevOps engineers, system administrators, and mission stakeholders to deliver reliable software solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure applications meet security, performance, and reliability requirements.
